Le Vendeur
I saw this film several weeks ago when TIFF Bell Lightbox was showing the 10 best Canadian films of the year. Le Vendeur is a car salesman. His is kind and thoughtful to his staff and customers. Each year he wins the award for being the best salesman.
He loves his daughter and grandson. He is a delightful character. The acting is superb.
A tragedy hits his family and it was so emotional to see Le Vendeur in pain. You can’t help but empathize with this lovely man.
I was delighted to note that this ‘must see film’ is playing again.
The French Canadian film industry produces some of the finest films. This is one of them.
